Why should I buy MooksGoo products?
The iconic artistic designs are exclusively hand created by me, MooksGoo, which oozes a totally unique design identity to whoever wants to escape the humdrum of convention.
No products on this website are mass-produced - they are only created when you order.
Plus, you are supporting a small independant business (it's just me!), so thank you :)
Are all of your items made in the UK?
Supporting local and UK businesses is really important to me, as I am based in the UK.
Some of my printing partners however, have facilities in the UK and around the world.
Some items that are ordered in the UK may be sent to a facility in the EU (or elsewhere) to be made. This may be because that item can not be made with my printing partners in the UK. I will state where it is made in the product description.
If you are ordering items totalling over £135 and those items are sent to be made in the EU, you may be charged a customs fee (sorry, totally out of my control).
Do you make everything yourself?
Every design, pattern and colour has been created by me. The products themselves, such as a hoodie for example, are blank (white), and my designs will get applied through a clever print process.
I would love to say I have a huge warehouse with millions of pounds worth of technology to create all my products. Maybe one day!
However, after months (years!) of research, I have hand-picked a few excellent printing partners who print, cut and hand finish the products, and deliver your goodies straight to your door.
How do I know if I am ordering quality?
I want to make sure that what you receive is nothing less than excellent, so everything in my shop has been tried and tested by me (obviously you will get a brand new item!). Some items I have been testing for over a year, just to make sure that it's still as awesome as when you first received it.
I am super fussy on quality - from the fabrics, materials, colour vibrancy and lasting power, to where it has been sourced and how it impacts our environment. I only use the very best, and I know you'll see that in everything you order!
Is my product made to order?
Indeed it is. Your order is processed through my website, then sent to my printing partners who print, cut and hand sew (clothing and textiles) or hand frame it with one of the funky designs you've chosen.
Each order is specifically made on demand just for you, making it an extremely sustainable way to shop - zero inventory, zero waste!
How is MooksGoo sustainable and eco-friendly?
Great question, and one that all businesses and shoppers should be thinking about. By definition, something that’s eco-friendly has little or no damaging effect on the environment. In other words, it’s kinder to the planet.
Producing products when they are actually ordered instead of in bulk, eliminates the need to buy and hold on to pre-printed stock that may or may not end up being used. Zero inventory, zero waste, and a massive reduction in water usage, too.
I also use an intelligent fulfilment network, which allows me to route orders to print labs closest to you, significantly lowering carbon emissions as a result. Go us!
Can you create a bespoke design?
Creating something bespoke for you is something I don't offer at the moment, however send an email to goodies@mooksgoo.shop with as much information as you can and I'll try and get back to you.
Due to to amount of commissions I receive, I may not be able to get back to you quickly.
Can I suggest a new design?
Absolutely! Please email goodies@mooksgoo.shop or go to the contact page and fill in the form.
Delivery
Do you deliver world wide?
I delivery Worldwide, yes!
Please note that every country has their own policies and customs charges, so please check your local government information if you're unsure.
When will my items be delivered?
It would be wonderful if your product was ordered today and delivered tomorrow - maybe one day I can offer this!
Each product takes a different amount of time to create, cut, sew together by hand (if applicable!), pack, and ship.
Generally, it's around 2-7 business days 'making' time, and depending on where you live, up to 3-7 business days delivery. Each product will have an approximate delivery time, but if you have any questions, please email goodies@mooksgoo.shop.
Why do some products show an estimated delivery date, and some don't?
The estimated delivery date is only visible on a few products for now, but that will hopefully change in the future.
Are my items sent as tracked?
Your items will be sent as a standard tracked option, which means it may take 2-10 business days to get to you, but may differ depending on where the product is being made (this is written on all the product descriptions).
Where are my items?
I understand that waiting for a product is painful! If your item hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please reach out via the contact page or email goodies@mooksgoo.shop and I'll investigate the hold up.
Your items are made for you when you order, so the process of printing, production, cutting, finishing and posting takes a while, but it'll be worth the wait!
Please note that at busy periods like Christmas, delivery times may be delayed, which is totally out of my control.
Why have some items arrived before others?
I have hand-picked only a few printing partners to work with. Each printing partner offers different products, so you may receive your goodies at staggered times.
Will I get charged customs fees?
Firstly, I cannot control customs charges - this is applied by your country.
Depending on where you are in the world may mean you will get customs charges. Please search for your local customs charges offices/government website to see if this will apply to you.
Please note that some items that are ordered in the UK may be sent to a facility in the EU to be made (this will be made clear on the listing). This may be because that item can not be made with my printing partners in the UK.
If you are ordering items totalling over £135 you may be charged a customs fee, which will typically be 2.5% of the total (in the UK).
Do you accept returns?
If you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch as soon as you receive the item by emailing goodies@mooksgoo.shop. You have up to 14 days after delivery to let me know you wish to return the item. If it's later than 14 days, unfortunately a refund won't be granted.
To start a return, email goodies@mooksgoo.shop including your order number. If faulty, please provide images, your order number, and a quick explanation. If your return is accepted, I'll let you know the address where to send your items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
Please retain your proof of postage when posting your items back. Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage.

My items are faulty
Although very rare, your item may have something wrong with it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 14 days after delivery should you wish to return the item. If you haven't been in touch within 14 days after delivery, your return/replacement may not be processed.
