• Device information
  • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
  • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, pixels, or Google Analytics. 
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Shopify and other service providers used to operate, secure and analyse the Site, where necessary.
  • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
• Order information
  • Purpose of collection: to process and fulfil your order, arrange delivery or shipping where applicable, provide order confirmations, communicate with you about your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
  • Source of collection: collected from you when you place an order.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared where necessary with Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment or printing partners, delivery providers and other service providers involved in processing and fulfilling your order.
  • Personal Information collected: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number where provided, order details and limited payment or transaction information. Full payment card details are processed securely by payment providers and are not available to me.
• Personalised Big Three astrology reading information
  • Purpose of collection: to calculate, create, deliver and support your personalised Big Three astrology reading and A4 artwork.
  • Source of collection: collected from you when you enter your birth details. If the reading is purchased as a gift, the purchaser may also provide the recipient’s first name and email address.
  • Personal Information collected: first name, date of birth, time of birth, country and town/city of birth, selected birthplace information, email address for delivery, and any optional gift sender name.
  • How this information is used and shared: Your information may be processed by trusted third-party service providers who help me run the shop, identify birthplaces, calculate and generate your personalised reading, securely process and store the information needed to fulfil your order, and deliver your completed reading and artwork by email. Only the information necessary for each part of the service is shared. The service used to generate the written reading receives your first name and calculated Sun, Moon and Rising placements, but not your email address, date of birth, birth time or birthplace.
  • Gift orders: where someone purchases a Big Three reading for another person, the recipient’s details are used only to create and deliver that gift and for any necessary customer support relating to it.
• Customer support information
  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: collected from you
  • Personal Information collected: Information you provide when contacting me, such as your name, email address, order details and the contents of your message. This information may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to respond to your enquiry or resolve an issue with your order.

Minors

I do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided Personal Information, please contact me at goodies@mooksgoo.shop so I can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Sharing Personal Information

I share personal information only where necessary to operate the Site, process and fulfil orders, provide personalised products and services, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted, measure and promote my business.

This may include sharing information with trusted service providers such as ecommerce and payment providers, printing and fulfilment partners, delivery providers, analytics and marketing services, and providers used to create and deliver personalised products.

I may also disclose personal information where required by law or where necessary to protect my legal rights.

Personal information connected with a personalised Big Three reading is kept only for as long as needed to create, deliver and support the order. Different types of information may be kept for different periods depending on why it is needed.

Automatic decision-making

Some aspects of the services offered through the Site may use automated processing. For example, a personalised Big Three reading is created automatically using the birth information provided with the order.

I do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Service providers used to operate the Site may also use automated systems for purposes such as fraud prevention, security and improving their services.
