As this is made to order, shipping and delivery times may take a little longer than you're used to (compared to the company that rhymes with Shmamzon Smime). It'll be worth the wait!

Please double check the colour and size that you order - you can check on the size chart. This product is made to order just for you when you order it - I don't hold inventory so it's not straight forward to just 'exchange a size'.

If the item is faulty, please let me know with pictures asap and it will be refunded or replaced.
