Care

Wash at 30 degrees and air dry to keep this beautiful hoodie at its best.

Contact with rough surfaces or velcro should be avoided, as it may pull on the fibres.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you, and why it's more expensive. It's a unique design and not mass-produced.

Shipping

As this is made to order, shipping and delivery times may take a little longer than you're used to (compared to the company that rhymes with Shmamzon Smime). It'll be worth the wait!

If you've ordered this delightful piece of joy with other products, you may receive some items quicker than others. This is because some items are made in different places.

Delivery to the UK is around 7-14 days, and may be longer in the holidays.

Return policy

Please double check the colour and size that you order - you can check on the size chart, which is in the description. This product is made to order just for you when you order it - I don't hold inventory so it's not straight forward to just 'exchange a size'.

If the item is faulty, please let me know with pictures asap and it will be refunded or replaced.
